	Marshall Haraden Marshall graduated Arizona State in 1982 with a degree in Construction Engineering. Right out of college he worked with Frost construction in Phoenix and Colorado Springs. He built approximately 2000 apartment units. He moved back to California in 1985 and started his own construction company. Marshall has 28 years of experience as President of The Marshall Group. He is the father of four and enjoys spending time with his family and visiting his native San Diego, Ca.
	Victor Pena Victor is The Marshall Groups in house residential superintendent. Victor has been in construction since 1989. He spent the first 13 years of his construction career working extensively hands on in concrete, framing and finish carpentry. He became a superintendent in 2002 and specializes in custom residential projects. Download Projects List:
	Todd McLean Todd graduated Crespi High School then went on to Chapman University where he was quarterback of the football team. Todd has been with The Marshall Group going on 7 years and is the President of Construction Operations. Todd’s attention to detail and his ability to see all aspects of the project makes him successful in managing superintendents and completing projects on time. Todd is engaged and will be married this fall. He enjoys scuba diving, golfing and college sports. Download Projects List:
	Lester Mathews Lester came up in the trades as a framer with 15 years experience. He has been a superintendent with The Marshall Group for 5 years. He specializes in commercial construction. Download Projects List:
	Steve Dobson Steve is a project manager for The Marshall Group. Steve started as an apprentice some 26 years ago and had received all his education in construction from the old school in the field through application. Steve has been with The Marshall Group for four years bringing with him incredible amounts of experience in large commercial projects as well as residential projects. Download Projects List:
	Robert Lawson Robert has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. He has a strong knowledge of building codes and standards and has developed a reputation for outstanding professionalism and performance with recognition for meeting time frames and maintaining cost control.
